What a receipt proves: that this detector produced this verdict, for
the exact file with that SHA-256, at that time — and that nobody edited the
numbers afterwards. What it does not prove: that the video is
genuine, or that the verdict is right. A signed wrong answer is still a
wrong answer. The signature only removes the possibility of a doctored
report or one attached to a different clip.
